Gigabyte GA-8N-SLI Quad Royal launched

Gigabyte GA-8N-SLI Quad Royal is the name of a true royalty among motherboards. It is the only card on the market supporting four PCI Express x16-grpahicc cards and with the right drivers from NVIDIA (which so far hasn’t left the lab) four graphic cards in SLI mode. According to Tech Report Gigabyte has now launched its unique motherboard which ironically is being marketed as a gamer board. Which we can understand considering the graphic card support, but at the same time it uses Intel’s processor platform, which is hardly dominating the 3D games segment. Anyway, we’re still waiting for NVIDIA to release its Quad SLI drivers and when it does we can most likely look forward to one hell of a ride.
