Gigabyte has been moving slowly on the ultramobile market but now it looks to take things up a notch with Booktop M1305. With 13.3″ display Gigabyte puts its faith in one of the more popular formfactors and performance varies form Intel’s Core 2 Duo, Pentium or Celeron processors. The screen can show 1366×768 pixel resolution and is powered by Intel’s integrated 4500MHD GPU, but there is a way to improve this.
Gigabyte has designed a docking station for M1305 that sports a GeForce GT220 GPU and 1GB DDR2 memory inside, which should render a lot more performance than Intel’s integrated solution.
With 6-cell battery Booktop M1305 will bring up to 6.5 hours battery time and weighing only 1.79kg and measuring only 328.7 (B) x 230 (D) x 29.3 (H) mm, it will be nice travel companion.
Other interesting specifications include DVD burner, HDMI output, up to 500GB storage, 4GB RAM and 802.11n Wi-Fi.
