Hasselblad launches 39Mpixel camera

Small preview imageEverone who has ever had an interest in cameras knows what Hasselblad is. They simply make cameras alas not for the common man but the professional market, even if a regular mortal can afford one of their cheaper cameras, I.e. if you want a camera more than a good car. Anywho the renowned company has now released a new camera based on Kodak’s new 39 Mpixel CCD (Charge-Coupled Device). To get a hold of Hasselblad H2D you will need to pay up $31,000 when it arrives sometime later this year.



Those who wants to know how large a picture taken with this camera is; the answer is 78MB, in RAW format.
