Apple is a company not quite like the rest. It has a minority share of the market wherever it turns, with the obvious exception of harddrive-based portable media players. But Apple is still there and is constantly improving. The reason why it has managed to stand up in a world of Windows isn’t perhaps the easiest thing to understand, but over at MacNewsWorld they’ve made an attempt to find at least a few things that explains why Apple is still among us and is even becoming more and more common. It’s pretty clear that Apple has chosen an unorthodox path, although beware the slightly partial personal comments.
