Intel is in the middle of refining its 65nm manufacturing process and the first processors based on the new technology will appear at the end of 2005, dual-core in 2006. At Anandtech they’ve taken a closer look at what processors Intel is currently working on and what models we will see based on 65nm in the near future. The new dual-core 65nm Prescott-core goes by the name Presler and will be available with a number of processors next while Cedar Mill, single-core, will arrive already during the fourth quarter of 2005. More information on the new processors can be found in Anandtech’s article.
