ioSafe is accustomed to putting safetyfirst and now that it has launched the SoloPRO storage unit it has both fires and floods in mind, but ioSafe also offers good performance with USB 3.0 or eSATA interface.
ioSafe SoloPRO is a business class external storage unit, but of course works just as well for regular human beings who are just looking for a really safe storage unit. SoloPRO houses a single 2TB 3.5″ harddrives.

The price tag is a bit higher than your average external storage unit, with the top model at 2TB costing $419. Available September 1st.
