Not so long ago, we saw the manufacturer iRiver introduce its new MP3 player, and it’s already time for yet another release. We are however not complaining about new products and iRiver’s new addition to the market differs a bit from its last product series. iRiver iHP-120 is a HDD MP3 player storing music on an internal HDD, rather than on the commonly used flash memory. iHP-120 is like iRiver’s first HDD player iHP-100, but there are some small, yet interesting, differences. Read more about iRiver iHP-120.
The integrated HDD is now a roomy 20 GB large; twice as much as before. Despite that, the size and weight are the same, which is very nice.
The new model also supports the Ogg Vorbis format, a nice feature for people using it.
Other neat features such as USB 2.0 interface and 16 hours playback time make the iRiver iHP-120 a very interesting product, and there is nothing wrong with the design either.
As an additional bonus, iRiver will also launch new firmwares with Ogg Vorbis support to all its players with hardware capable of using the format.
