KDE 4 is getting closer to a launch as the next snapshot has now been released. The big news with this snapshot is that they’ve now included Sonnet, which makes it possible to handle languages in a new and more convenient way, which includes spell checking throughout KDE, using multiple languages and detection of languages in KDE; Solid which is an API for handling networks and hardware; big cleanup of the code improving the support for Windows and Mac; and last but not least they’ve added Dolphin, which will be the file manager KDE 4 will use.
