Water cooling manufacturer Koolance has realized that Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console is here to stay while at the same time the console has a bad reputation for being noisy, probably because of the not so efficient cooling. Xbox 360 has a rumor of getting quite hot and still being rather loud. For those who wants to go further than just turning up the RPM of the fans there are a few alternatives and now Koolance offers its very own such. It has namely launched a Xbox 360 version of its Koolance Exos-LT water cooling, which is a complete kit for Xbox 360’s processor and graphcis circuit where you get a specially designed mounting kit for the console.
Koolance’s kit should result in a much more humane level of noise, since you at the same time lower the speed of the fans and the temperatures. But there are a few catches, you void the warranty if you install the kit and the installation is far from the easiest one we’ve seen. Especially since Koolance doesn’t supply any instructions, which we pressume is strictly for political reasons. It says that only experienced users should try to install the kit and those who to do so has to pay almost as much as the video game console costs. The price of Koolance Exos-LT X360 Edition is namely 395 dollar.
