Thinkpad X300 is an upcoming ultralight notebook from Lenovo. It sports a 13.3″ LED-backlit display with 1440×900 resolution. It weighs only 1.13Kg (2.5lbs.), depending configuration, and measures 318 x 231 x 18.6-23.4 mm. It’s not the most stylish laptop we’ve seen, but looks pretty much like the rest of Lenovo’s laptops, I.e. faded black. The low weight is most likely when you pick the SSD upgrade option and then you get a battery time of 4 hours, a tipster has told Gizmodo. The laptop is based on the Santa Rosa platform and the heart is the Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 (2.0 GHz).
