Logitech G5 is the latest wired gaming mouse from Logitech and it has received a lot of good reviews, like it predecessors. Over at MetkuMods they didn’t think the mouse had enough features and therefore decided to do something about it, drastically, namely integrate an LCD display into the mouse. The ingredients for this project was, of course, an LCD display from a Nokia 6610 mobile phone and a Logitech G5 mouse and the result was actually surprisingly good. It is not some boring monochrome display but a relatively large (35x40mm) color display with a 132×132 pixel resolution. With 4096 coloers it is perhaps not as impressive until you realize it is seated inside a mouse.
