M-Audio Revolution 7.1

M-Audio have for a long time been an audio manufacturer for the professionals. To expand their market they have now launched an audio card for the normal consumer, M-Audio Revolution 7.1.
Revolution 7.1 is a eagerly awaited card, especially of the serious HTPC users and audio entusiasts who do not want to spend a fortune on their audio card. The Revolution 7.1 which is a competitor to the Creative Audigy2 has been reviewed by many sites. Despite different opinions the conclusion seems to be the same.
M-Audio Revolution 7.1 is a great audio card for entusiasts with a superb sound quality, a little better than Audigy2. Everything is however not the best, neither drivers nor the 3D audio are very good.
