Mac mini costs $284 to manufacture and is sold for $499

iSuppli is a company that among others analyse products value by its components and productioncosts. One of its latest projects was to investigate the popular Apple Mac Mini to see how much this tiny creation costs to make. The figures it got showed a margin above the rest as the total cost is only 284 dollar. However it has not included licensing, shipment, marketing etc. but there will still be quit a marginwhich no other manufacturer gets even close to. Apple has very faithful followers, which it seems to be more than well aware of.
