That a country is warned for spreading pirated material is hardly something you hear about every day, but this is just what has happened to Malaysia. Forensic examinations done by labs in London belonging to IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) shows that you can find pirated material made in Malaysia in Europe, Asia, Latin america and South africa. Now IFPI is accusing the Malaysian government for not making enough effort to close the big piracy factories that are based in the company and which now seems to ship pirated material far beyond the country borders. Considering that the factories in Malaysia can produce 9 million discs a day we’re not talking about a backyard sale exactly. Source: BBC News
