Microsoft has released an updated version of Windows Media Player 10 that fixes the support for hardware acelerated video of Windows Media High Definition Video (WMV-HD). To be ale to use use this you have to have a graphic card that supports the technology, something nVidia’s GeForce 6-series has via the PureVideo-processor. In other terms you will finally ba able to take full advantage of this extra videoprocessor that according to nVidia will relief the processor of up to 40% when playing back WMV-HD.
