Microsoft has confirmed its sales plan for Xbox 360 for the two remaining months and it is a pretty daring such. Microsoft is aiming to sell 4 million video game consoles before the end of the year, while Sony expects to ship 2.2 million PS3 consoles during November/December. At BetaNews they’ve done some interesting calculations which show that if Microsoft will be able to reach its goal it will have to sell 43 Xbox 360 consoles per minute, or 3 consoles every fourth second. A high tempo, we have to say, but we’re very eager to see how Xbox 360 will be able to stand up to Sony’s launch of PS3.
