Xbox 360 was just launched here in Europe about two weeks after it was launched in North America. The competition still has a long way to go before they will launch their consoles and according to a man in Chicago Microsoft has stressed the launch to be first and released a defective product. His, and some others’, Xbox 360 namely locks up due to overheating, both the power supply and the CPU, which in turn causes the console to freeze and because of this he has now sued Microsoft for launching a “defectively designed” product. Microsoft has chosen not to comment the suit.
