Some headlines appear so often we’re starting to wonder if we’re just repeating ourselves and the reports about Microsoft delaying its next generation operating system is definitely one of these. The last we heard the launch of Vista would be postponed until next year, but now it seems that Vista will be delayed by another 3 months, at least, according to Gartner Inc. This would result in a launch somewhere April-June 2007, which is quite a lot later later than the first prelimiary date in 2005. Microsoft has denied these rumors and claims to be on track with its current plan. Alas, we know how that usually ends. Source: Reuters
