Microsoft Origami Project – New mysterious platform

Microsoft Origami Project has become one of the hottest topics on the Internet and the reason is that Microsoft has started its PR machine very quietly. We have earlier seen pictures of Microsoft’s Origami unit and now it seems people have come across a video with the unit. No one knows exactly what Origami is, but the long video reveal a number possible uses for what seems to be a mix of a TabletPC and a portable media player. Among others you can see how someone is playing Halo online, using the units as a GPS receiver or as a Media Center remote in the next sequence.

Microsoft Origami Project seems to be a big project, but no one really seems to get what it is going for. If we are to believe the well made marketing video it is truly a flexible unit. We are really looking forward to hearing more about Microsoft Origami Project and as Microsoft is expected reveal more on March 2 we shouldn’t have to wait all that long.
