Microsoft Zune seems to be the final name of the software giant’s wireless and portable media player. We still haven’t received any official information from Microsoft regarding its work on an possible portable game cosnole, but with all the information that has started to appear it feels pretty obvious that there is something behind it all. Now the player has received a name; Microsoft Zune. If this name will stick until the player is launched is uncertain, but at Engadget they’ve gotten their hands on a product logotype with the name, which really strengthens the fact that this is not just a code-name.
One of the more important aspects with Zune is its wireless transfering of music, not just between computers and players but also between Zune players. The design will be made available in different color themes and also with a brushed aluminum backside with an engraved logotype. We are even more eager to hear more about this, preferrably from Microsoft directly.
