The last couple of days more and more information about what is suppose to be a portable media player by Microsoft and a direct competitor to Apple’s iPod has appeared. Engadget has earleir served us with information and blurry pictures of what is said to be Microsoft’s portable media player and even if Microsoft has denied that it has displayed a media player competing with iPod even further information has appeared. Engadget has namely gotten their hands a new picture of the supposed media player and this time it’s a razor-sharp product image and not a photo of a rolling advertisment. Whether this confirms that Microsoft really has a portable Argo/Xbox media player coming we’d better leave unsaid, but earlier information at least becomes more believeable.
“Sent to us from an insider working on the project, we’re told the device pictured above is indeed a part of “Project Argo,” and from what we can tell it definitely jibes from the blurry pics we caught a while back; though if the piece from earlier today is to be believed, this could just be one of numerous Microsoft portables.”
We are eagerly awaiting more information about this creation that really looks like a truly worthy competitor to Apple and its iPod concept.
