GeForce GTS 250 is meant to hold ground until NVIDIA can launch the next generation mid-range cards and even if the cards is getting old, it was previously known as GeForce 9800GTX+, it is still fairly powerful. MSI has launched two new GeForce GTS 250 models and the cards offer some extra functionality over NVIDIA’s reference design. Thanks to MSI’s Twin Frozr cooler and military-grade components like high-quality capacitors MSI says that its card will be more stable and overclockingfriendly than competing cards.
The cards ships with 512MB and 1024MB GDDR3 memory respectively, both clocked at 2200 while the GPU operates at 738MHz, but MSI says the cards can do at least 760/2300MHz.
Price and availability are uncertain but a reasonable guesstimation would be around $160-180.
