MSI K9AGM2-FIH and K9AG Neo2-Digital are two new motherboards based on AMD’s new AMD 690G chipset, also known as ATI X1250. The thing that makes these motherboards special is just this circuit and its integrated graphics which has made it possible for MSI to equip the motherboards with HDMI outputs. These motherboards are for AMD’s Socket AM2 and if first of all intended for HTPCs or similar solutions. The boards sports 8 channel HD audio, which makes the board a complete solution for the intended task. Other than that they have the usual assortment of connections and possibilities.
The difference between the two is that MSI K9AGM2-FIH is a mATX board while K9AG Neo2-Digital is ATX, but the latter also has a DVI output beside the HDMI output.
