MSI has unveiled a new laptop called PR210 YA Edition. The 12″ widescreen laptop has a distinct design and comes in three rather flashy colors; Denim Blue, Coral Pink and Lime Green. The design isn’t all though, but MSI has equipped the tiny laptop quite a lot of features and fairly powerful hardware. The colorful computer is based on the ATI Radeon Xpress 1270 chipset and is powered by an AMD Athlon X2 Mobile TK-53 (1.7 GHz) CPU, along with 1 GB RAM, 120 GB harddrive space, 802.11b/g WLAN, Bluetooth, a multifunctional DVD burner, and 4-in-1 card reader it becomes a complete computer.
Thanks to the integrated graphics chip of the Radeon X1270 chipset, the MSI PR210 YA Edition also has an HDMI port to output your movies at HD resolutions and with HDCP encryption. The laptop also has built-in 1.3M webcam and Al Array microphone for live online video communication.
As an extra security touch, MSI has equipped PR210 YA Edition with a fingerprint reader. The laptop measures (WxL, no word on the height) 23 x 30 cm / 9.06 x 11.81″ and weighs 1.8 kg / 3.96 lbs.
