Mushkin has announced two new memory kits for the Core i7 platform. This simply means that the memories will be sold in kits of three and that they are based on the DDR3 memory technology. Mushkin has since earlier launched memory kits for Intel’s latest platform, but the new kits raise the bar with a specified frequency at 1866MHz. This speed can be achieved at secure 1.65V and timings at 8-9-8-24. Mushkin XP3-15000 CL8 will be available in kits of 3GB and 6GB.
