Mushkin seems to be doing like most other memory manufacturers, broaden its assortment with other components. Now namely information has surfaced that says that Mushkin will launch a series of PSUs within a few weeks. Some of the models will be sold under Mushkin’s Enhanced brand, just as several of its memory modules. The top model seems to be at 650W and is simply called XP-650, the specifications are quite impressive as well with four +12V at a total of 44A (528W) capacity. If 650W isn’t enough it seems that Mushkin is also working on 800W and 1000W models, but also a 550W, to complete its new enthusiast power supply series.
Mushkin makes OCZ company as an enthusiast memory manufacturer that also makes power supply units. OCZ is today the most spread of the two, but it is going to be interesting to see where Mushkin’s venture will take it.
