Nintendo Wii will just as Sony Playstation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 bring support for online gaming and communication. Earlier reports have shown that Nintendo has taken this very seriously through both a friend list, the possibility to download old classics and the perhaps most appealing of it all: it’s free (not the games though). Now it seems like Nintendo will not share this with third party developers until the beginning of next year. As usual there are no official comments by Nintendo, but if this turns out to be true it would be a real achilles heal for Wii when it arrives in November.
