Noctua is above all known for its two heatpipe coolers NH-U9 and NH-U12 (beautiful names, we have to say). They have made a reputation for being very efficient and quiet, which is precisely what Noctua is going for with its coolers: lowering the level of noise coming from our computers. It has now also launched a chipset cooler to remedy all of these small whining fans which our motherboards are far too often equipped with: the NC-U6. The fact is that it is a mini version of its larger cooler, which bodes well. NC-U6 costs €24.90/$27.90 and should be available in stores today.
