The people at TechPowerUp has apparently gotten their hands on a whole bunch of presentations by nVidia since it has now published another, the third of what they claim to be official presentations by the graphic card manufacturer. This one is about nVidia’s Pure Video-circuit which is used with its GeForce 6 and GeForce 7-series. This circuit is dedicated to handling video playback and contains a whole bunch of advanced and efficient features to make your DVD-movies and more to make them looks as good as possible. The presentation shows off the circuit’s specifications and has several comparable features among others de-interlacing, Spatial-Temporal De-Interlacing, that is suppose to work very well. Some very interesting reading about this powerful little circuit.
