OCZ Vindicator is one of the latest processor coolers to arrive and like most models today memory manufacturer OCZ’ has used a tower design with heatpipes. Vindicator has a mighty surface with tightly packed fins and copper heatpipes and according to OCZ you will be bale to cool processors passively. Perhaps not recommended with the high-end models of the market, but then you just have to activate the 120mm fan.
With a fan speed at 1000RPM you reach an airflow of 40CFM while at the same time being very quiet (18.5 dBA). OCZ’ latest addition to the cooler market looks quite promising and we’re eager to see how it performs when compared to other established tower models like Tuniq Tower 120, Scythe Ninja, Noctua NH-U12 and similar models. There is no price of the cooler, but we would estimate about $45-50.
