ASUS’ subsidiary Pegasus have its own designer section called PEGA and it has presented a new concept for notebooks. The design concept focuses on the display and the idea is to have the display hovering above the computer. The concept is called “hyaline” and uses a transparent acrylic plastic for letting light pass through and create a more relaxing illusion.
Hyaline will also be able to detect wireless networks without having to power on, exactly why and who you would use this function wasn’t explained.
ASUS is known for its exciting design concept but whether Hyaline will find its way out on the market … only the future can tell.
