Peltier condensation prevention

Of course you want a good cooling solution for your processor, and you might invest in the best HSFs or even water cooling. 
One can go even lower though, if only one dares to use peltiers. TechWareLabs has written an explanation of how one effectively can combine water cooling with a peltier element.
This is not the main purpose with the article though. The problem with using peltiers is that condensation can build up and short-curcuit the processor, and TechWareLabs constructs an air tight cube to prevent this.
Apparently, the solution worked much better than the more regular method of keeping air from getting through with cell foam and alike.
