Pentium M 750 + i915PM tested with Ubuntu Linux

Pentium M is still the market leader when it comes to the laptop market. AMD has with its Turion 64 shown that it is willing to put up a fight, but Pentium M and Centrino has so far a big lead which will take time to eat up. We know that Pentium M is a very efficient processor which performs well in most situations, at least in the Windows environent. At Phoronix they decided to check what a Pentium M 750 (1.86GHz) paired with the chipset i915PM Express can perform in the open source Linux environment. It has simply made a series of benchmarks ona laptop with this setup running Ubuntu Linux.
