PicoPSU-120 could well be one of the smallest power supply units ever sighted, and it’s here to meet the demands of those minature-like Pico-mainboards on the market. The main problem for those who feel like building a really small computer based on the Pico-platform has always been the lack of physically small (small enogh) power supply units. That has now came to an end as a manufacturer has launched the PicoPSU-120. The power supply unit is mounted straight on the ATX-connector and isn’t much bigger than the connector itself. Despite its size, it should be able to deliver up to a full 120W to the mainboard, although if only it’s fed with 12V. The 12 Volts it gets through an adapter connected to the wall socket, far away from the computer itself.
PicoPSU-120 really has its size as its main attribute, and it looks like a really good solution for those who intend to create a really small system.
