Pioneer put their trust in Playstation 3

PlayStation 3 is expected to be one of the big attractions for the new DVD format Blu-ray. The gaming console will offer Blu-ray compatibility except for its advanced gaming which makes a quite affordable package for those who wants to jump on to the Blu-ray format. Now Pioneer’s VP Andy Parson has stated that the PS3, if the consoles arrives at enough quantities, will be the decisive matter to many people when chosing format. But then again many analysts claim that Sony’s launch of PS3 will be delayed and may very well get similar problems to the ones Microsoft are experiencing with Xbox 360. How will it turn out? Time will tell.
