PlayStation 3 lures Taiwanese WLAN-manufacturers

PlayStation 3 will be launched by Sony during the summer of 2006 and the console will actually be a lot more than just a gaming console. Sony has added a lot of functions and features to its mext generation gaming consoles and one of them are interated WLAN, wireless networking. The market for WLAN is expected to grow overall in 2006 and PlayStation 3 is without a doubt the goal for practically all WLAN manufacturers. Just as PortalPlayer is a company that more or less gets by on making iPod components WLAN manufacturers hopes to get a piece of PlayStation 3’s preclaimed success. What company that will be the winner remains to see, but who ever does can look forward to making a lot of money on the deal.
