Portable Xbox console?

Microsoft and Transmeta has started up a cooperation and apparently Transmeta has set aside 30 engineers for the project. Noone seems to know exactly what this is about, which has started a whole lot of specualtions. At The Inquirer they’ve pondered about what Transmeta, with its knowledge in power efficient processors, would be able to offer Microsoft. The conclusion seems to be Xbox 360 is the most obvious, whcih would meen that Transmeta and Microsoft are working on a portable console with more efficient power consumption. These speculations should be taken with a whole truckload of salt, but the thought is quite interesting though.
