PowerColor has launched a Radeon HD 5770 card for those who really want to expand their desktop. HD5770 Eyefinit5 Edition is just what it sounds like, a card that supports five separate monitors, one less than the flagship Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity6 Edition. PowerColor has chosen to the Juniper graphics card to keep production costs down, but with 800 stream processors and 1GB GDDR5 RAM the card should still be enough for the casual gamer.

The graphics card has five mini-DisplayPort outputs and supports a variety of monitor setups using AMD’s ATI Eyefinity technology.

The graphics circuit operate at 850MHz while the memory shuffles data at 4800MHz, which is the same as the AMD reference card. The cooler comes from Arctic Cooling and covers two expansion slots, but in return it provides more efficient cooling. A more efficient card for expanding your work space will be hard to find.
