AMD has issued a hot fix in the form of an updated Catalyst 8.3 driver for the Radeon HD 2000 and 3000 series. The fix targets the stuttering issues occuring in some games. Those of you who are experiencing intermittent stuttering with your Radeon HD 3870, HD 3850, HD 2900, HD 2600 or HD 2400 series graphics cards should download the updated driver. Ths fix applies to Windows XP and Vista, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
