Radeon HD 3870X2 hasn’t been launched yet, but reviews have been popping up all around the web, and now we’re getting reports that stores have cards in stock. The lucky people in Japan can just head down to Akiba and buy one of the shelf, and so they have. The card costs $556 (do mind the higher taxes than in the US) and should translate to around $500 in the USA. Jetway Radeon HD 3870X2 has been listed by a European store called dollarshop.eu, and apparently they have 4 in stock. The price is €400.
We’ve found more stores with Radeon HD 3870 X2 listed, but none of them have the card in stock, prices vary between $450 up to $600, depending on manufacturer and model.
