Just a few days ago some tests appeared that was suppose to be with ATi’s coming RV515-based graphic card Radeon X1300LE. Now the Chinese hardware site HKEPC has continued to test ATi’s coming circuits and has published results from 3Dmark05 with the previous mentioned Radeon X1300LE, and the results match the earlier very well. X1300LE scores 2882 3DMarks with 3Dmark05 whcih can compared to 2506 3DMarks which GeForce 6600 gets with the same system. And then you should know that X1300LE uses 4 pixel pipelines while 6600 has 8 pipelines to utilize.
If ATi can keep this distance and at the same deliver AVIVO-functinality with the X1300-series nVidida is looking at some serious competition. The last piece of the puzzle is of course what price X1300LE will get when it reaches the stores, but we assume it will be very competitive.
