Radeon X2900XTX has actually been available at CeBIT in Germany, but AMD has kept it on a short leash and hasn’t allowed any pictures. Although, pictures have already leaked on to the web and now VR-Zone has published even more pictures of a Radeon X2900XTX card. Along side of these they have also published some interesting information about X2900XTX in 3DMark 06 where the card is compared to GeForce 8800GTX at 1600×1200. Apparently, Radeon X2900XTX will reach 97XX points, while GeForce 8800GTX will “only” reach 95XX. According to the source there is more performance to obtain through updated drivers, and it will certainly be needed when GeForce 8800 Ultra arrives.
