Razer Barracuda AC-1 is just like Razer’s other products intended for gamers, but whereas many of Razer’s other devices are input-related, mice, keyboards, mouse pads, this is a sound card. Razer Barracuda AC-1 comes with some interesting functions like Dolby Headphone, real-time encoding of DTS and audio position optimization. The last one is suppose to be a major reason for why Razer Barracuda AC-1 would be the ultimate sound card for gamers and at TechGage they’ve taken a closer look at the card. They seem overall pleased with the card, but there are a few things that are not so good, perhaps foremost the price; close to $200, which doesn’t really reflect the performance and features.
