Time for even more mainboards here on NordicHardware and once again we go for a roundup with several different boards. All of the five tested cards are based on the nForce2 chipset and the review is a full 23 pages. For instance, we compare two versions of the popular ABIT NF7-S (v1.0 och v1.2). The difference between these two is one of the things we take a closer look at in this review, but we offer more than that with cards from ASUS, MSI and Soltek.
“We have been impressed not just by its features and performance, but also by the nForce2 chipsets stability and the fact that the performance remains solid no matter the manufacturer. There were/are some early problems even with the nForce2 chipset, but they are nothing compared to the problems we have had with the KT400 chipset.”
