Sapphire has managed to tame AMD’s most powerful Redwood model Radeon HD 5670 with completely passive cooling. The company’s new Radeon HD 5670 Ultimate Edition uses a massive heatsink sporting heatpipes and a large contact surface to keep the GPU cool.
This way Sapphire has managed to turn the card completely silent without reducing functionality. A GPU clock frequency of 775 MHz is backed by 1GB GDDR5 memory clocked at 4,000 MHz, and the card ships with DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort outputs to work well with both monitors and TVs.
The price is around 120€.
