Seagate is ready for tomorrow’s technology

We’ve earlier reported on Seagate and perpendicular recording and how this new technology will allow the manufacturers to mak larger disks, more storage capacity, on the same size surface as before. Seagate has now announced that the following year practically all drives coming from Seagate will use perpendicular recording.
