Smooth Creations has announced another model sporting new exquisite art work. LANShark is aimed toward the gamers who enjoy going to LAN parties, it is simply a more portable version of its other gaming rigs, while still sporting fast hardware by default, but of course configurable, and most importantly Smooth Creations’ own specialized designs. This particular design was made “to intimidate, perform and back up every piece of trash talk you fling at your gaming buddies.”

The Extreme model comes with an Intel Quad Core model and two ATI Powercolor 4870X2 H20 Special Edition graphics cards in CrossFire. The system is built with hardware from GSkill Memory, Intel, Powercolor, Western Digital, Lite On, DFI, and Epower, and should prove enough for your gaming needs.

“Every Lan Shark system is custom painted”, Mario Gastelum, Product Marketing. “We don’t outsource our painted artwork like some of our competitors – by sending their customers pc cases to a car paint shop, Smoothcreations maintains inhouse our own spray booth.”

Each case is custom painted and serialized. Prices start at $1,300 and can be configured upwards, while fix configurations will be available at NCIX, Microcenter & Walmart and Smoothcreations.com. If you for some reason want a different paint job, it’s also doable.
