This is at least what analyst Michael Patcher believes, but not as a sign of weakness from Sonys. Patcher thinks Microsoft’s launch of Xbox 360 might not become what it is expecting, mainly ’cause of the amount of games available so far. At the same time as Sony is cutting the price of PS2 it might just mean that Xbox 360 won’t sell as good as MS i hoping. According to Patcher Sony can delay its launch until the start of 2007, but only if they feel that it would be able to make even more cash that way. other analysts are still certain that Sony will launch its console during the spring of 2006. The only thing we consumers are hoping for is a launch and that it comes ASAP. Source: News.com
