Sony NW-A800 is the first MP3 player from Sony which has a real color display. This means that it is also the first to bring video support, hardly revolutionizing, but with support for MPEG-4 and H.264 and a battery time at 30 hours it is still an interesting player. The display measures 2″ and has a resolution at 240×320 pixels and can be used both horizontally and vertically. Other than that it sports the regular (Sony) formats; MP3, ATRAC, WMA and AAC, but no DRM support. The player will be available in black, white, pink and blue with three different storage capacities; 2, 4 and 8GB. The version with 8GB capacity costs £199, which should mean about $299.
