Sony PSP has beena real success for Sony and the portable console was launched in Europe as late as Earlier this month. When you have a good product you often want to make it even better, or at least try. Sony was haing problems with its PSP-firmware v1.5, as it made it possible for users to use the console for more than Sony intended. By launching the console with a new firmware, v2.0, in Europe it had fixed this. But now hackers has made it possible to byppass the protection in firmware v2.0, and at the same time made it possible to downgrade the PSP to v1.5 from v2.0.
At PSP Updates they’ve published information on how to create a buffer overflow i nthe photo menu with firmware 2.0. Something can make it possible to run your own code on the console.
